LEVELING UP YOUR MARKETING

By building a strategic partnership.

What does that mean? It means evaluating what you've done from a marketing perspective, sifting through the analytics, and understanding the outcomes of those efforts.

Then we work together to make decisions based on the success of those outcomes. Do campaigns need to pivot? Do platforms need to shift? And perhaps most importantly, what happens next?

Sometimes, it's that latter question that businesses get hung up on the most. They are driven by launching new campaigns without really understanding user behavior.

For example, what if you had a 40% open rate and a 18% click-through-rate on an email campaign. Is that a success? What if I told you 98% of those clicks were on social icons instead of the call-to-action button? Would you still say it was successful?

Potentially. Here's the deal...

You know your social traffic is increasing from this campaign, so what are you doing to optimize that?  My biggest tip -- align your social strategy to your email campaign. This allows you to get your messaging to your audience in a space they opt to go, versus expecting them to pivot their own behavior to meet your expectations.

Sometimes things aren't always black and white. But to really win, you have migrate to a "then what" mentality.

What actions are you taking that are motivated by the outcomes seen?
